The Biltmore Assisted Living was founded in 1998 by Mario & Jeanette San Roman. The Biltmore takes pride in the care of its residents, while also maintaining a homelike environment. We are centrally located in McAllen, Texas with hospitals and clinics 1/2 mile away. We are situated on one acre with a colonial building that is surrounded by various mature trees and beautiful landscaping. Biltmore Assisted Living is licensed by Texas Department of Aging and Disability. We are a small home that is licensed for 15 residents.

Biltmore Assisted Living is also involved with our youth by volunteering as coaches at the Mcallen Boys and Girls Club and making donations since 1998.
